Account & Data Deletion
How to permanently close your Orbit account and request deletion of your data.

Request deletion
Email privacy@savcraft.com from the email address associated with your Orbit account, with the subject “Orbit account deletion request”. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
What we delete
After verification, we will delete your account and the Orbit content linked to it, including saved items, notes, check-ins, relationships, sessions, and sign-in records.
Subscriptions and retained records
Cancel any active membership before requesting deletion. We may retain limited payment, transaction, and other information where necessary for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or resolving disputes. Retained records will not be used to restore your Orbit account.
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, subject to lawful retention requirements. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
