Information we collect

We collect the information you provide to create and use Orbit: your name, email address, time zone, sign-in details, and the goals, tasks, notes, check-ins, relationships, and other content you choose to save.

When you pay, Razorpay processes the payment. We retain payment and subscription records needed to provide access and maintain our accounts; we do not store your full card or bank details.

How we use information

We use your information to operate Orbit, authenticate your account, provide support, process payments, protect the service from misuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information or use your Orbit content for advertising.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only with providers needed to run Orbit, including Cloudflare for hosting and Razorpay for payments, or where required by law. These providers may process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and security

We keep information while your account is active and for a limited period afterward where needed for legitimate business, security, tax, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@savcraft.com. See our Account and Data Deletion page for the deletion process.
